Award Winning '08/'09 Season. The '08/'09 Season was our third year to be eligible for the annual Orchid Awards. We had another excellent year to be proud of: 46 nominations and 18 awards! A huge thank-you to every actor, stage & tech crew, parent, and local business that volunteered their time and/or provided financial support to enable Acting Up to bring another season of award-winning community theater productions to our area communities! Alumni Blog from Annie Tour. Acting Up alumni Ivy Moody (and daughter of Board member Heidi Moody) will be off shortly on a second tour with NETworks' production of Annie. Check out her blog to find out what life on the road is like for one young performer.

Help spread the word about Acting Up by downloading and posting our general "poster" at your favorite Starbucks, Panera Bread, Borders bookstore or other establishment kind enough to have a community bulletin board. Keep in Touch. We always like to know what other area productions our Acting Up alumni may be involved in. If you have been a member of any Acting Up production, and are currently in another production, drop us a note with the details and we'll post it on our Where Are They Now? (WATN?) page. Paranormal Theatre - A Frightful Way to Support Acting Up! Webmaster, acting coach, and periodic director for Acting Up, Brahm Corstanje is The Haunted One®, providing theatrical demonstrations of extra sensory powers and spirit manifestations, for entertainment purposes. Available for hire for your next home or business social function for groups of 10 to 500. Fees paid for the performance are tax deductible as they become direct contributions to Acting Up. Acting Up is a wholly volunteer organization. We also don't charge participation fees.
